Vinyasa Yoga for Leg Strength and Balance

I’d like to invite you to take part in our second Facebook Live Class of the year: MfM Vinyasa Yoga for Leg Strength and Balance!

This 30min class will be held on Wednesday, April 10 at 8pm ET, 5pm PT and shows you two yoga flows to help you build leg strength and develop your balance.

As we age our strength diminishes – as does our sense of balance (they’re very much related). As they diminish, our quality of life goes down, and we lose the mobility to go about our daily lives without aide – canes, a walker, or a wheelchair – and our chances of taking a fall go up dramatically – risking injury.

During the class, there will be two versions of the flows taught. One for those with at least average strength and flexibility, and another version shown using chairs as props for those with movement issues.

You can take the class live and/or take advantage of Lifetime Access to the recording to take the class whenever you’d like, over and over again.

The Early Bird price for the class is just $7.95. After the live class is held, the cost will go up to $14.95. So, even if you can’t make the live class, take advantage of the Early Bird price now!
