Personal guidance is one of the “secrets” to success in any kind of training, but is essential in any skill building endeavor. And learning to move the body in a safe, efficient, efficacious manner is ALL skill building.

Since the 1970s people have purchased millions of books and training courses from experts in the exercise and fitness fields – usually with little to show in the way of meaningful results.

The solution is a one-on-one personal approach to the problem. I’m now offering both telephone and online workout supervision to help with goal setting and training program creation, as well as implementation.

Most people don’t have the time, inclination or expertise to zero in on where they are physically, learn to set goals in a way that builds on success, and select workouts and train themselves effectively, as well as efficiently, on their own. If it were easy, I wouldn’t have a job!

Each person is unique with unique issues. Many trainers train their clients like they train. So, if they’re body-builders, that’s how their clients train. If they’re gymnasts, that’s what they have their clients do. Some trainers follow “cookie-cutter” on-line workouts. Having almost forty years as a trainer and almost fifty as an athlete, I have a huge tool box to pull from.

People are individual, with individual needs, wants, and restrictions. Standard, printed programs will never produce the same results as an individualized, person-to-person training education.

And it doesn’t matter what equipment you have available, including no equipment. Your body alone can be used to bring about great gains in strength, mobility, body composition, health and wellness. Along with your body, any progressive resistance equipment can be used: barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, parallette bars, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, steel clubs, etc. all can be used in a productive program.
