Hello Everyone!
Due to illness, we are moving the date for the Facebook live Floor Yoga for the Lower Body class coming up to Wednesday, November 14th, at 5:45pm. The class is specifically designed to stretch out and open up your lower back, hips, and hamstrings, and it can be done by anyone while sitting on a flat surface (floor, bed, etc).
